The download area offers you the possibility to download many kinds of files, such as data-sheets, manuals or program updates.

Within our FTP area (File Transfer Protocol; for direct file download) you can find all available data-sheets, manuals and program updates thematically sorted. In order to find the appropriate files for download you need to know the according "HG number" (see below). With the serch form on the right hand you can comfortably initiate a search within the download area that offers you all available files for a specific device or system.

Each of our devices and systems has its own HG number. This number serves multiple purposes. With the right number you can order the product you need. And you can find the right downloads, too.

Here you get information about the plugins and viewers you need to use our downloadable files (e. g. the freely available Adobe Acrobat Reader for the PDF files).
